You can find the meat of pigs reared, slaughtered and cut, with a wide selection of handmade salami typical Tuscan.

The provenance is from the Farm Romani in Palazzo del Pero (Arezzo), who raise their animals in the traditional way and organically.

The sausages are made from pure pork, during the preparation made up of natural casings.

All the sausages have a proper mix of lean meat and fat obtained from animals of high quality level.

Among the savoury meats for sale is the Tuscan ham, with a full flavour and firm, whose salting, is dry with a mixture of salt and pepper mixed with herbs such as sage and rosemary.
