Delivery information

Regarding all items in stock (wine, sausages etc.) the shipment shall be the day after receipt of order.

The meat Chianina 5R is generally available from stock and is included in this procedure.

As regards meat Chianina IGP order represents a reservation: the meat will be sent the next working day at the end of maturation after slaughter, with delivery within 24 hours (on the home page are the expected dates of slaughter).

The timing for receiving the Chianina IGP beef will still be notified by E-Mail on receipt of an order. Orders relating to meat Chianina IGP and 5R can not be canceled.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING - FRESH MEAT

Each cut is carefully selected and verified in every detail, situated in sealed rigid trays, specially designed, placed inside a refrigerator-box with ice packs, that have the ability to maintain a control temperature up to 48 hours. Everything is reusable and is a small tribute that we stay there for our customers.

For mailing the refrigerator is hermetically sealed and tested intact in all its parts and then sent by express courier.

The delivery is the next day for shipment throughout Italy, except in some particular areas, which will take place within 48 hours, without any problem for good.
