DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive a damaged product, the Staff of Grandi Gusti will find a quick solution. Is sufficient that you send us by E-mail photos of the product, with the description of the problem. Within a very short time we will respond and do an immediate replacement, without additional cost for the customer.

PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED

If the delivery doesn’t occur within 48 hours we will as soon as possible send another package corresponding to the lost.
