Ingredients: pork meat

Aromas: salt. NO preservatives, NO antioxidants

Taste: strong and decisive

Composition: changes depending on the type of animal, usually slightly higher percentage of fat

Preservation: in cool and wet places (for up to 30-60 days)

Manufacture: by methods of the country tradition, prepared exclusively with the mixture of fine cuts.

Production Zone: Organic Agriculture in Palazzo del Pero from animals raised naturally only with chestnuts, acorns, barley, maize, soy and bran.

 

In the culinary arts they are used to make soups or boiled and then served. In our rural culture the Zampi were the facts: boil along with beans, then drain and then served with them in a single scope. In this way our ancestors did gain a stronger flavour to vegetables and tasty.
